CrossFit on the Hill is your fitness center and CrossFit facility serving Boston, Roxbury, Mission Hill and Jamaica Plain. COTH strives to transform the community we serve through sound fitness programs and by inspiring and supporting each member to be their best. We offer small group classes, CrossFit, and private coaching to accommodate a busy schedule. To maximize your experience and success, we have an unlimited membership which includes access to all classes.
All of our classes are led by CrossFit Level 1 coaches that have decades of combined coaching and training experience. We take pride in having one of the best coaching staffs in Boston which you can and will see from your very first class!

Private coaching

Initial Consultation Free

Come and meet with one of our coaches for your introduction to COTH/CJP. The private consultation only takes 30 miutes and it could be done before your first workout. During the consultation, we will find out about your goals, expectations and get you ready for your first workout. Get in contact with our staff by phone or email to make an appointment for the consultation.

Private Coaching - 30 min $50 per appointmentA credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

30 minute private session tailored to your specific goals and needs.

Private Coaching - 60 min $80 per appointmentA credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

A 60-minute session with a coach that is tailored to the client's specific needs. This can include anything from (but not limited to) mobility to weightlifting. Non-CrossFitters welcome.

Team or Group Training $137.50 per appointmentA credit card is required to enroll but isn't charged until the time of service.

This is a great way to improve athletic ability for your sports team or build cohesiveness at work. People who train together work harder and better together.

The objective of this class is to maximize your fitness potential through a combination of gymnastics, weightlifting and monostructural (cardio) movements. All fitness levels welcome.

Barbell Strength $20 per classFrom $9 per visit with One Month Trial passPurchase required to enroll

This class is designed to help beginners learn barbell movements, intermediates master their technique and advanced lifters to take it to the next level. It provides a great supplement and compliment your CrossFit training. All fitness levels welcome.

CrossFit Partner WODs $25 per classFrom $9 per visit with One Month Trial passPurchase required to enroll

The workouts for this class are perform in teams of two or more. The objective of our programming is to maximize your fitness potential through a combination of gymnastics, weightlifting and monostructural (cardio) movements. All fitness levels welcome.

Open Gym $20 per classFrom $16 per visit with 10 Class Pack passPurchase required to enroll

This is the time to make up a missed workout, practice skills, work on mobility, etc. A coach will be available if you have questions.
